Had a holy vision
Said "go into the mountains, find you answers there"

So he came to the mountains
The highest snowy peak
He was blind and half frozen
When the vision came to speak, and said

"I'll admit you've got initiative, pilgrim
But I'm sorry to say
This is not your day"

So he took to the ocean
Around him boundless sea
In despair and exhaustion
To the sky he screamed:

"Do you see how I've suffered?
Am I just insane?
My whole life is wasted
My efforts all in vain"

And a bliss he'd never know engulfed him
He was at peace
And he drifted away
